These conditions represent the terms and conditions for using the SuperTwo.co.uk Free Email service ("the Service"). The Service is provided to you ("user") on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions.

Description of Service

SuperTwo.co.uk will provide a free email forwarding service, available to persons involved with / connected to the SuperTwo S2 ABkC National 4 Stroke Kart Championships. Users will select an email address of the form User.Name@SuperTwo.co.uk and the Supertwo.co.uk website will automatically forward any emails sent to that address to the user's specified existing email address. The user is responsible for maintaining their existing email address, without which, the service will fail to work. The user is responsible for providing and paying for his/her own access to the World Wide Web and paying for any telephone and connection charges associated with such access.

Payment

The service is provided free of charge by SuperTwo.co.uk. You have the right to cancel your registration, and can do so at any time by emailing SuperTwo.co.uk.

Use of the service

Each user's right to use the Service is personal to that member and no member may resell or make any commercial or business use of the Service. In particular no member should abuse the Service or use it for any illegal purpose. The definition of abuse is at the sole discretion of SuperTwo.co.uk. SuperTwo.co.uk reserve the right to refuse registration to any individual.

Security

Emails will be forwarded automatically and as such, will not, and cannot be viewed by SuperTwo.co.uk. It is each member's responsibility to maintain their existing email address account, and maintain the confidentiality of any passwords relevant to that account. In the unlikely event of a failure of the Service to forward any email(s), SuperTwo.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for any loss of information.

Disclaimer of warranties

SuperTwo.co.uk does not warrant that the Service will meet any particular requirements of the member or that the Service will be uninterrupted, that emails will be forwarded within any particular time or that the Service will be secure or error free. SuperTwo.co.uk may terminate your registration at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately for any reason whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability

Each member agrees that he or she uses the Service at their own risk. SuperTwo.co.uk will not accept any liability either in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.

Notification of site updates

Supertwo.co.uk may occasionally email users to notify them of important updates to SuperTwo.co.uk, or to notify them of any important news or offers. Your existing email address will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties.
